SYNOPSIS:

Academy Award® nominee* Sylvester Stallone, Scott Eastwood, Mike Colter, and Willa Fitzgerald star in this explosive action-thriller about two married spies caught in the crosshairs of an international intelligence network that will stop at nothing to obtain a critical asset. Joe (Eastwood) and Lara (Fitzgerald) are agents living off the grid whose quiet retreat at a winter resort is blown to shreds when members of the old guard suspect the two may have joined an elite team of rogue spies, known as ALARUM.

DIRECTOR MICHAEL POLISH: Michael Polish is a prolific American film director, writer, and producer, celebrated for his seamless movement between studio projects and independent films, capturing the admiration of both audiences and critics. Born on October 30, 1970, in El Centro, California to an immigrant Mexican mother, Michael’s career began with the evocative short Bajo del Perro, which explored Mexican boxing in the 1990s. His breakout feature debut, Twin Falls Idaho (Sundance Premiere, 1998), was acclaimed by Roger Ebert as “one of the best films of the year” for its striking originality and emotional depth.

SCOTT EASTWOOD: (Joe)Scott Eastwood is one of Hollywood’s most highly sought -after leading men. Upcoming, he will be seen in the kidnapping drama Stolen Girl alongside Kate Beckinsale, in the action film Alarum opposite Sylvester Stallone, and in the sequel to the acclaimed 2017 crime – drama Wind River, Wind River: Rising. Most recently, Eastwood starred alongside Tyrese Gibson and the late Ray Liotta in 1992 for director Ariel Vroman. He was also seen in Fast X, the tenth installment in the Fast & Furious franchise, and in Amazon’s romantic comedy I Want You Back alongside CharlieDay, JennySlate, and Gina Rodriguez.

WILLA FITZGERALD: (Lara) Willa Fitzgerald is dazzling in her latest role in Strange Darling (MagentaLight). Critics are raving about her standout portrayal —Variety calls her “mesmerizing,”with a performance that “elevates the film to another level.
